April-May Fishing report:
The best Spring fishing we have ever had. For those of you who did come
to visit us, I expect you to spread the word on what and incredible
fishery this is in the Spring. For those of you that missed out on our
early Spring fishing, well there is always next year (or later on this
Summer and Fall). The river is full of big fish that are a product of our
high water years that have blest us for the last three seasons.
June expectations:
Boom!!!!! Here comes the water. Once again our river is seeing a big run
off. 13,000 + CFS, Ouch!!! This is going to be great for the river in
the long run, but it means we need to go find the fish all over again.
Down and dirty is going to be the name of the game until the water levels
start to fall.
We still have some prime dates open for July, Aug, Sept, and Oct. High
water now means less weeds this Summer and Fall. Great bug hatches and
lots of top water action to be had by all. So call now and reserve your
