You won't go hungry. Some of Lindsey's creations include Cajun Chicken with Mango Salsa, Filet Mignon - (grilled to perfection by BBQ Artist Joe), Elk Marinara over a bed of penne pasta, fall-off-the-bone BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Pork Tenderloin with either mixed/matched seasoning or Asian style with plum sauce, and Four Cheese Tortellini with Shrimp Scampi tossed in Alfredo Sauce. All dinners are served with crisp green salad, fresh fruit, bread or rolls, fresh vegetable and some sort of starch (rice/potato/cous cous/pasta.
This, of course, is all before the hand-created dessert.
